GUTS issues smart tickets that are protected from detractors and also provides an exchange platform that allows customers to easily resell their tickets within set limits. A GUTS ticket will never leave the system, ensuring that every customer has access to it at a fair price.
Through the use of blockchain, fraud and illegal resale of tickets becomes technically impossible.
For this purpose, GUTS uses the GET protocol (now Open protocol).

The GUTS app is available for Android and iOS.
In the app you can view tickets, share them with friends/family or put them up for sale if you are unable to attend an event.
Self updating, rotating QR code makes fraud impossible.
You can't buy tickets through the app.
Guts does not promote events. Artists and venues that use GUTS to sell tickets do their own marketing. You can only buy tickets through a link from the organizer.
The user's tickets are stored in the GUTS online account. This is the only place where they are stored.
The account is linked to your phone number.
If you share tickets, you are in the same group. Each member of the group can manage the tickets and has the same rights as you. A member of the group can sell or use the ticket at the entrance without you being present. Therefore, only share tickets with people you really know and trust
There are two ways to share tickets to a physical event. It depends on the event settings (chosen by the organizer).
- Sharing via QR code. You can scan the code from one phone to another. This QR code is not the same as the QR code at the entrance, but only for sharing. You must be physically together to share tickets.
- Sharing via link. You have a personal link in the app that you can share via WhatsApp/e-mail to see if the other person can join your group. If the person opens this link, they will see a message saying that you are sharing tickets with them and whether they are okay with it.
Reselling your tickets
You can only sell tickets through the app (on your phone/tablet).
If you want to sell all your tickets, you will have to sell them individually.
Once your ticket is purchased by someone else, the original amount (excluding service fees) will be refunded to your bank account within 10 business days. For credit cards, it takes a little longer (sometimes up to 1 month) before the money is refunded.
