The Animal Coloring Book is an innovative continuation of the Generative Transfer Art Project (GTAP1), where the art evolves with each NFT transfer.
How Works Interactive and Evolving Art
Upon minting, the NFT appears blank. As the NFT is transferred from one owner to another, the animal's colors begin to manifest. The color that appears with each transfer is determined by the recipient's wallet address. After the first four transfers, not only are the colors filled in, but the animal's mood is also revealed through the coloring and animation of its eyes. This entire process, including the 10x10 SVG art and animation, is executed and stored on-chain, ensuring each piece is unique and permanently recorded.
Explore the Diverse Animal Types and Their Moods
The collection features six distinct animal types, each with its own set of possible moods that influence the animation of the eyes. These moods range from Aloof to Flirty, adding a layer of personality to each creature: Cat, Bunny, Mouse, Skull, Unicorn, and Creator.
Moods include Aloof, Shy, Mischievous, Flirty, Dramatic, and Sly.
Minting and the Unique Eraser Feature
Minting an animal gives you a blank slate NFT. During the minting process, you also have the option to purchase an Eraser. This Eraser is a special, one-time use NFT that allows you to reset the colors of any Animal you own, providing a chance to restart the coloring journey. It's important to note that Erasers are only available during the initial minting phase and won't be accessible afterward.
Visual Evolution Process
To visualize how the animal's appearance changes with each transfer, consider the sequence of images:
- The first image shows the initial color after the first transfer.
- The second image updates after the second transfer, and so on.
- By the fourth transfer, the full color and mood of the animal are revealed.
